My 4th Place Cities Report!

Intro
Hey guys this is Thepokemanshow here, and I am going to write about my 4th place Cities!
The Deck I ran was Reshiphlosion. I know that deck is getting old, but I did not have enough cards for the one deck I am trying to make. The deck is Spread lock or Chandelure. It is a really good deck that can spread for 60 damage a turn under trainer lock, and 60-90 a turn not under trainer lock. I would prefer the trainer lock version since it is more consistent. Lets not review Chandelure, let us go over my Cities Report.



   City Championships @ Buford, Georgia.
There are 15 players with a top cut of 2, and 4 rounds.


   Round 1 vs Michael Myers w/ Beartic/Kyurem/Vileplume
He is number 1 in Georgia at the moment. He has 19 championship points. He is a great guy, and I never battled him before. I really hope I win this one.
 
     I start with Reshiram and Cyndaquil, and he starts with Cubchoo and Kyurem. He goes first and Collectors for 2 Oddish and a Cubchoo. He attaches and passes.
    I Collector for 2 Cyndaquil and a Vulpix and pass.He over runs me with a turn 2 Plume and a turn 2 Beartic lock. He gradually kills my Reshi's and Cyndaquils, so I scoop.
 

  0-1
Not a good start, but atleast I lost to the best.
(He finishes 6-0, including both top cut games).


Round 2 vs ????? w/ some random stuff
I Run through her with turn 2, 3 Typhlosions! I used Blue Flares over and over, and in 7 turns I won.

1-1
Feel pretty good on how consistent my deck went during that game.
Finished 0-4




Round 3 vs ???? Martindale W/ Durant Cobalion
 I am sorry that I forgot your 1st name. I only remembered your last name because your the judge's daughter. We both get an amazing start, with her getting turn 1 Durants. She milled 4 cards on the first turn before I even drew a card. I was scared at first; however, I had 2 Typhlosions on turn 2 and I had a few fires in the discard pile. I outraged 2 Durants, and she kept using Cobalion's Iron Breaker attack so I cannot attack on the next turn. I retreated and sent out Typhlosion to use the Flare Destroy attack to OHKO a couple of  her pokemon. She then knocked me out with Cobalion's First attack that hits me for 20 plus 20 more damage for each energy attached to me. She knocked me out, so I sent out Reshiram, and demolished her field. 6-4 on prizes.

I feel really good that I am 2-1. I had really good hands and had smart plays.

Round 4 vs Noah w/ ZPST
He goes first for the first time in the tournament, and I never went first in the tournament. Noah and I are really good friends, and I hope we bring a good battle ahead of us. He gets the turn 1 Pachi, Shaymin, Zekrom thing, but whiffs on the extra energy. I then attached and used Collector for my 2 Cyndaquils and a Vulpix, then I pass. He then draws. He gets infuriated that the next card was a Lightning energy. He laughs and laughs after, and then shows me that the card he drew was a Lightning energy. We have are little prize exchange until we are stuck at 3-3 prizes. I knock out his only Zekrom on the board, and he only has a Pachirisu. I then Blue Flare for the knockout.

Finished 2-2
I am really happy that I finished 3-1. I got 4 packs and 4 Championship Points. I was really disappointed with the packs, because I only pulled 2 okay cards, which was Landorus.
Let's go for the Pros and Cons.


Pros:
1. For getting 4 Championship Points.
2. Getting 4 free packs.
3. Meeting up with my friends again at the tournament

Cons:
1. Round 1 opponent getting turn 1 Plume lock.
2. Pulling crap from packs.

Bigtime Intro!

Hey guys this is ThePokemanShow! I am the creator of this blog. I am 13 years old, a Senior in P0P, and a good player in the TCG. I have multiple Top 4's in Battle Roads and Cities. I got a top 8 in Regionals and States. I am done with my description, lets get on with what is going on this site.

Deck Discussion
I am going to discuss decks at least once a week, and how well they are doing. You can comment below on which deck I should discuss, what I rate the deck, and a good deck list for the deck. 
The date I will be doing these Deck Discussions will be every friday. We will move onto other stuff I will be doing on this website.




Tournament Reports
 I will be doing Pokemon Tournament Reports. After the day I compete in the tournament, I will tell you how I did in the tournament, what came in the top 4 in the tournament, and discuss how well the top 4 contestants liked on how they performed. If I ever get popular at all, I will have featured writers write about how good they did in the tournament they competed in. I might be able to see who won in every division. That will be the end of the Article Section, I will show you the video section of this site.
